These terms govern your use of mrai.dev (the “site”), operated by David Dietrich doing business as MrAI.dev (“MrAI.dev”, “we”, “us”) in Daytona Beach, Florida. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Information only — not professional advice
The site’s content, including the Super AI guides and the operations runbook, is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice for your particular situation, and reading it does not create a consulting or client relationship. AI technology, products and regulations change quickly, and content may be incomplete or out of date. Get advice that fits your circumstances before relying on it.
2. Operations runbook commands and AI prompts
The runbook’s commands are shared as recorded, with credentials and internal details replaced by placeholders, and many of them are destructive (for example, commands that erase disks, delete files or change firewall rules). Scripts produced from the AI prompts are generated by third-party AI tools and can be wrong. Read and understand anything before you run it, test it on a non-production system first, and keep backups. You are responsible for what you run on your systems.
3. Consulting services
Descriptions of services and pricing on the site are for information and are not an offer. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and MrAI.dev; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s text, diagrams, design and logo are owned by MrAI.dev and protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and link to the site, quote short excerpts with attribution, and copy individual runbook commands and AI prompts for your own use. Please don’t republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission.
Product and company names mentioned on the site (for example, AI models, cloud platforms and open-source projects) are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, attempts unauthorized access, or places an unreasonable load on it (for example, aggressive automated crawling). Good-faith security research is welcome when it follows our vulnerability disclosure policy.
6. Links to other websites
The site links to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrAI.dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or its content — including from running any command or script found on or generated from it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new “last updated” date; continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
