Privacy Policy

What this site collects, why, and what it never does.

Last updated September 24, 2026

MrAI.dev (“MrAI.dev”, “we”, “us”) is an AI consulting practice operated by David Dietrich in Daytona Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit mrai.dev or contact us, and how it is used.

1. Information collected automatically

Like almost every web server, ours records a log entry for each request. Each entry contains:

A separate error log records technical errors, which can include the same request details. We use these logs only to operate the site, diagnose problems and protect it against abuse and attacks. We do not use them to build profiles, track you across sites, or identify you, and we do not combine them with other data.

2. Information you send us

If you email us — for example through a “Book a discovery call” link — we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use this to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver and administer our services. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which processes messages on our behalf as a service provider.

3. What we don’t do

4. How information is shared

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate (such as Google Workspace for email), when required by law or valid legal process, or when needed to protect the security of this site, our rights, or the safety of others. We do not sell personal information.

5. How long we keep it

Server access and error logs are rotated weekly and automatically deleted after about six weeks. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records; you can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 7).

6. Security

This site is served only over HTTPS, uses HTTP Strict Transport Security, and enforces a strict Content-Security-Policy. Access to server logs is restricted to administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold. If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it under our vulnerability disclosure policy.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing david+web@mrai.dev. Depending on where you live — for example under the EU or UK GDPR or California privacy law — you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain processing or complaining to a data-protection authority; we will honor requests as those laws require. Because server logs do not contain names, a request about log data should include your IP address and the approximate date and time of your visit.

8. Links to other websites

This site links to some other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. When you follow a link from mrai.dev, your browser is instructed not to send the address of the page you came from.

9. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
